The photos you upload will only be used for facial comparison, and the clock-in information of that session will be stored on the cloud server in encrypted form. All your personal information will be maintained by the company you belong to, and once your access rights are removed by the human resources manager of your company upon your resignation, all your relevant personal information will be removed immediately as well. We will not disclose or reveal any of the above information to any third party.
We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features of the Service. We may use this information to communicate with you, such as to send you email messages, and to follow up with you to offer information about our Service and your account. We may also send you Service-related emails or messages (e.g., account verification, transactional communications, change or updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).
